Indiana Pacers star guard Victor Oladipo suffered an apparent knee injury during the second quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Toronto Raptors.
Oladipo was running back on defense against Pascal Siakam when he hit the deck as he grimaced in pain under Toronto’s basket.
The All-Star candidate left the court on a stretcher as he acknowledged the crowd who cheered him in support. Later, the Pacers confirmed on Twitter that the sixth-year guard has suffered a “serious injury to his right knee.”
The organization also said Oladipo will have an MRI on the injured knee tomorrow.
Oladipo has already missed 11 games earlier this season with a right knee injury.
