Bacoor used a furious fourth quarter rally to beat Taguig, 80-77, in the Metro League Reinforced Conference at the Hagonoy Sports Complex in Taguig City on Saturday night.
Down 51-58 early into the period, the Strike used a 26-11 rally later in the quarter to take a 77-69 lead with 1:22 left.
The Generals still threatened with six straight points to cut the lead down to just two before Prince Orizu and LJ Mayo exchanged deuces.
Taguig even had a chance to force overtime as Mark Montuano only made a split from the line, but Mayo missed the equalizing triple and Mark Doligon cleared the game-saving rebound.
Orizu finished with 18 points, nine rebounds, and one assist for Bacoor, which remained unbeaten at 6-0.
Emmanuel Ojuola came up with 25 markers, nine boards, and two blocks for Taguig, which fell to 3-2.
